Zahabiya joined M&G India as Managing Director in November 2023.
She is an accomplished leader with over 30 years’ experience in shaping corporate strategy and executing business vision, with a consistent focus on growth-oriented solutions. Prior to joining M&G, she held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.
Her expertise spans firm-wide transformation, large-scale automation and transitions, risk management, and the establishment of third-party governance frameworks in collaboration with HR, Legal and Compliance. She has also cultivated industry partnerships and worked closely with key stakeholders to define and deliver both short- and long-term operational and commercial success.
Zahabiya is recognised for her ability to provide thought leadership, navigate ambiguity, engage effectively across global teams, drive decision-making, and proactively adapt to change. She is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, business partners and industry peers.
