About me
Vimit Kapur has been the Director of Information Technology at PACCAR India since 2020, where he plays a pivotal role as a member of the leadership team, overseeing the entire IT function for the organization. He has been instrumental in establishing the PACCAR India Global In-house Centre (GIC) located in Pune, India.
With a robust career spanning 27 plus years, Vimit has held leadership positions in prominent organizations such as Tech Mahindra, Vodafone, and Vodafone Idea. His experience encompasses a diverse range of technology environments, including startups, service integrators like Tech Mahindra, and captive/in-house IT setups at Vodafone, as well as his current role in the GCC/GIC at PACCAR.
Vimit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering, along with a Master’s in Business Administration, equipping him with a strong technical foundation and strategic business insight.
