Shalini leads the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) segment nationally, driving KPMG India's services in this area. She focuses on advising global organizations on optimizing their service delivery models, leveraging GCCs to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and build future-ready capability hubs. She collaborates closely with diverse teams to address various aspects of GCC setup, from sourcing strategy and operating models to technology integration and workforce reskilling. With nearly three decades in the industry, she has demonstrated expertise across various sectors, guiding large and medium-sized organizations to define and achieve their strategic objectives and growth targets. She has served as the Office Managing Partner for Bangalore and headed the HR function for the Firm in India. She has been part of the India Leadership team for several years and is a member of the Board.
