Rohit Kaila is the Head of Technology and Site Leader at Wayfair’s India Technology Development Center in Bengaluru, where he leads the development of cutting-edge retail technology and engineering initiatives. With a strong focus on innovation, he plays a key role in shaping scalable platforms that enhance the global customer experience.
Prior to joining Wayfair, Rohit served as Vice President of Engineering at Walmart Global Tech India, where he spearheaded the creation of best-in-class technology solutions aimed at seamlessly integrating physical and digital retail experiences.
He has also held leadership roles at Intuit as Director of Data and Analytics, and at Yahoo! as Senior Director of Product and Engineering, driving impactful data and product strategies across organizations.
Rohit holds a Master’s degree in Computers & Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
