About me
Rengarajan ‘Renga’ Thiruvengadam leads operations at the TransUnion Global Capability Center (GCC) India. He is responsible for driving innovation to help TransUnion deliver on its global strategy and promise to customers and consumers, to make trust possible in global commerce, across more than 30 countries.
Renga has over 32 years of experience in IT services, having contributed to strategic transformation, operational excellence and governance at global enterprises. At the TransUnion GCC India, his role includes leading the site operations, capability enablement, optimizing processes and supporting the execution of large-scale business transformation programs across different markets. His expertise spans operational strategy, process standardization, risk management and cross-functional leadership.
Prior to joining TransUnion, Renga served as Chief Architect at Cognizant, where he led enterprise architecture teams and managed complex consulting and implementation engagements across global delivery models. His earlier roles at Satyam Computers and Hewlett-Packard involved solution architecture and operational delivery for the telecom, media and semiconductor sectors.
Renga holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
