About me
Rajeev Kapoor is the Country Head and Senior Vice President at Curriculum Associates India, where he leads the establishment and growth of the company’s India operations and drives its mission to make classrooms better. With over three decades of leadership experience across technology, finance, and education sectors, Rajeev brings deep expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and people leadership.
Prior to joining Curriculum Associates, he led Finastra India, where he drove large-scale transformation initiatives by integrating automation and AI/ML to enhance efficiency and innovation. Over the course of his career, he has also held leadership roles at Dell, Tata Group, CSS Corp, and SLMsoft India, building high-performance teams and driving business growth.
An active member of Nasscom and American Chamber of Commerce in India, Rajeev is a strong advocate for India’s expanding role in the global GCC ecosystem. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
