Paul Jeruchimowitz is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture with nearly 30 years of experience focused on large-scale operating model and organization design transformation programs. He leads Accenture’s Global Capability Center (GCC) practice including design, set-up, run and transform.Over the course of Paul’s career, he strategized and activated operating model change across a diverse set of functions including sales & marketing, supply chain & logistics, R&D, engineering, IT & digital, F&A, HR, procurement, data management & analytics, facilities, real estate and legal.He has worked across all industry sectors with deeper experience in consumer goods, retail, life sciences and industrial products. His global client experience includes, but is not limited to, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez, AB InBev, Sanofi, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, UPS, Bristol Myers Squibb and others.Paul is a well-respected presenter, author and thought leader on operating models, global capability centers and global business services who published several points of view and journal articles, co-authored Rethinking Operating Models, and he serves as a regular presenter at GCC and GBS conferences and executive forums. He holds two US patents for Systems and Methods for Managing Organizational Structures.
Paul holds a degree in Learning and Organizational Change and Economics from Northwestern University. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and three children.
