Neha Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of Investec Global Services India (IGSI), Investec’s Global Capability Centre in India. Based in Mumbai, she leads the build-out of IGSI as a high-impact extension of the firm. IGSI partners closely with colleagues across the Investec group to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients, with Investec’s culture and values consistently embedded across its teams and ways of working.With close to a decade at Investec, Neha began her journey at Investec Capital Services, the investment banking and institutional broking arm of Investec in India, where she developed a strong foundation in client centricity and delivery excellence, and went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This frontline experience continues to shape her leadership approach, ensuring that IGSI remains closely aligned with business priorities and client outcomes.A Chartered Accountant with executive education from Harvard Business School, Neha combines deep financial expertise with a strong focus on culture, talent, and operational excellence. She is passionate about the evolving role of Global Capability Centres as integrated, value-adding parts of the business, and about creating environments where teams feel empowered to take ownership and drive outcomes
