Naveen Gullapalli is the Managing Director of Amgen India, where he leads the company’s Technology and Innovation Centre in Hyderabad. In this role, he is focused on advancing the convergence of biotechnology and digital technologies, driving innovation across areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, and life sciences to enhance patient care globally.
He brings over two decades of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, technology, and financial services sectors. At Amgen, he is spearheading efforts to build and scale advanced digital capabilities, strengthen global operations, and position India as a strategic hub for innovation within the organization.
Prior to joining Amgen, he held senior leadership roles at Novartis, where he contributed to the development of global business services and multi-location operations.
He comes with deep expertise in driving business transformation, scaling global teams, and enabling organizations to harness technology for enterprise-wide impact.
