Monika Potharkar is Senior Vice President – Shared Services at Medline India, brings over 29 years of global leadership experience across finance and global capability centers in the consumer products and banking sectors. She previously served as Senior Director – Finance and Site Lead, where she led large, multi-functional teams and scaled enterprise capabilities to advance operational excellence and business impact.
Monika is recognized for building and transforming global capability centers, integrating finance and human capital strategies, and developing agile, high-performing organizations. Her expertise spans financial operations, FP&A, risk and compliance, organizational transformation, and leadership development.
Prior to Medline, Monika led finance operations at General Mills India and served as Site Lead for its India Capability Center. She expanded the center’s scope and scale across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, and Consumer Insights, enabling cross-functional innovation and stronger enterprise alignment.
