About me
Lalit is the Founder & CEO of ANSR Inc., the largest global company for establishing and operating Global Capability Centers (‘GCC’s’).
Since its inception in 2005, ANSR has established over 200 GCCs cumulatively hiring over 200,000 direct employees. ANSR establishes a new GCC every 10-15 days.
Prior to ANSR, Lalit has held leadership positions across several leading global companies, including:
• Chairman & President, Target Corporation India
• CEO of STAR TV/ News Corporation (India)
• CEO of LG Electronics, India
• CEO of Datamatics Limited
Lalit has served the Indian Navy for over 10 years and retired as a Lieutenant Commander. While in the Navy, he led the prestigious Naval Computer Applications Center and was an Officer onboard the Indian Naval Warships Deepak, Shakti and Vindhyagiri.
Lalit has an MS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai and an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
