About me
Jay is responsible for strategy, delivery and operations for BT Group’s Enterprise & Technology as well as transforming the Digital experience for 100,000+ colleagues. Jay plays a global role for BT based out of Bangalore. In addition to his role as MD, Jay leads BT’s Technology Centre’s in India.
Prior to BT, Jay has held management positions at TurningPoint, Wisor Telecom (now Synchronoss Technologies), IBM and Siemens. TurningPoint was a startup Jay started in India and grew to 150+ strong building a product for the US market from India.
Jay regularly speaks at premier academic institutions. Some of the institutes that Jay has presented at are – Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Bangalore, SDM Institute for Management development Mysore & Acharya B School Bangalore.
Jay is an Alumnus of IIM Bangalore (PGSEM 2001 – 2004) and PESIT (BE Electronics & Communications – 1992 - 1996).
Jay lives in Bangalore with his family. When he is not busy with work, he spends time reading books and spending time with friends
