A seasoned professional in the shared services industry, Jaideep has over 25+ years of experience in creating, scaling and transforming large business services. At Warner Bros. Discovery, Jaideep is the India head of the Global Business Services (GBS). He is responsible for setting up the GBS centre in Hyderabad while working with the different WBD verticals in order to establish their presence in India while creating the new office.
Jaideep has experience across multiple industries including Technology and professional services, BFS, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. He has worked in multiple brands including American Express, IBM, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs prior to joining WBD. His work has taken him to markets across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia where he has led teams located locally.
Jaideep has been a speaker at various forums including Dreamforce, Nasscom and various industry bodies. He is passionate about the cause for education especially for the girl child and supports it financially in his personal capacity. He is an avid Bollywood fan and a foodie
