Irina Ghose is a global AI and technology leader with deep experience in driving innovation, growth, and digital transformation at scale. She's currently the Managing Director for Anthropic, India- where she's working at the intersection of responsible AI, enterprise & industry partnerships, and scaled deployment of mission‑critical AI solutions. Prior to this, at Microsoft, she has shaped strategic customer and partner engagements across enterprise and public-sector organizations, helping them adopt AI & digital transformation to unlock new business value.
Known for blending disruptive vision with disciplined execution, Irina has collaborated closely with CXOs and Boards to define responsible and outcome-driven AI roadmaps across industries including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Government. She has led high-impact teams, nurtured ecosystem partnerships, and championed future-ready skills and capabilities across India’s technology landscape.
She is an Electrical Engineer from IIT BHU and an MBA from XLRI. A strong advocate for women in business and technology, she has been recognized with Microsoft’s ‘Inspirational Women’s Award’ and honored as a ‘Distinguished Alumnus’ by both IIT BHU and XLRI. A marathon runner and inclusion champion, she founded MyLittleBit, a philanthropic foundation focused on enabling education and jobs for underprivileged girls. She actively supports India’s startup ecosystem and serves as a Trustee at SonderConnect, a foundation empowering women entrepreneurs.
