About me
Indranil Chakraborty (IC) is the founder of StoryWorks, a boutique consulting firm that helps leaders communicate with clarity, inspire action, and lead change through the power of business storytelling. Since 2013, IC has worked with over 100 leading organizations including Amazon, Microsoft, Unilever, Philips, Accenture, Infosys, Colgate, Tata, Bayer, and GSK, helping over 5000 senior professionals become more impactful communicators.
His signature programs are used to drive alignment around vision, values, strategy, and change, and are also applied to elevate everyday leadership communication—internal town halls, client meetings, executive reviews, and keynotes.
Beyond business storytelling, IC conducts workshops on Advanced Presentation Skills, Data Visualization, Impromptu Speech, Executive Presence and Public Speaking. He is also the author of the national bestseller, Stories At Work – Unlock the Secret to Business Storytelling. He is an ICF certified executive coach and has mentored many senior leaders across diverse industries.
IC is also a much sought-after keynote speaker. He has spoken at over 50 conferences on the power of stories and it’s various uses. These talks are tailored around the industry and function he addresses.
Before founding StoryWorks, IC spent 21 years in marketing, sales, and general management roles at Unilever, Tata, and Mahindra. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA. He is based in Kalimpong.
