About me
Arpita has over 18 years of consulting experience in corporate real estate and workplace strategy and change management for public and private sector clients. Her client experience ranges across banking, finance, technology and energy sectors. She believes in the value organisations can achieve by aligning workplace with organisational vision and identity, and by leveraging the workplace to address critical business needs and issues. She has taken on many roles from visioning to design thinking; from ideating to storytelling; and from researching to innovating.
She understands the relationships between people, place and performance and is able to provide innovative solutions to sometimes complex client’s needs.Her skill sets span strategic briefing and planning of the built environment, portfolio analysis,user experience design, design review, change management and building analysis,.
She graduated in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology in 2005, and, went on to pursue Masters in Town Planning at Iowa State University. She has since, applied her cross functional and cross cultural exposure, to multidimensional environment improvements, social upliftment and urban rejuvenation projects.
In her role as a Green Building Analyst, Arpita exhibited technical leadership and mentorship across all areas of LEED project delivery, providing turn-key sustainability support to clients and project teams from marketing through post-occupancy. She also formulated ‘Sustainable Policies and Management Plans’ for Premier Luxury Hotel chain across India. She has to her credit, the Greenest Office Building in the world, certified under USGBC’s Existing Building: O+M category.
