Mamatha Madireddy is the Managing Director & Head of HSBC Global Service Centres (GSCs), India.
Mamatha comes with 28 years of experience across Banking and Financial Services industries. In her 23 years with HSBC, Mamatha has done varied across diverse domains. Prior to her career with HSBC, Mamatha was with HDFC Bank.
An Inclusive Leader, Mamatha is the sponsor of many diversity initiatives in GSCs and mentors many women. She is also the Sustainability Lead for HSBC Global Service Centres.
Mamatha is the honorary Vice Chairperson of United Way of Hyderabad, NASSCOM GCC Council Chair and a member of NASSCOM Executive Council. Mamatha was the first to lead HYSEA’s Women Leaders’ Forum between 2021-22. She is a Board of Director of India’s first BFSI Consortium. She is an Executive Council Member of Society for Cyberabad Council (SCSC) and leads the Women’s Forum.
She won the CXO BFSI Women achiever award at CXO BFSI Automation Summit & Awards 2021.
Mamatha is an acclaimed Indian classical dancer, having represented the country at various international festivals.
