Kritika Murugesan, Senior Director Nasscom, leads the GCC and talent Initiative. In her current role, Kritika is focused on aligning India’s tech talent supply with evolving industry needs and driving a National strategy on deep skilling, reskilling, and emerging technology capabilities. On the GCC front, the focus is on Securing India’s Leadership in the Next Wave of Global Capability Centres and future-proofing the GCC ecosystem by building strength across robust policy enablement, streamlining entry pathways, and building vibrant innovation clusters.
