About me
Jayashree was appointed as COO, Servicing and Transcting in 2009. Her career with Standard Chartered Bank has spanned 30 years where she has worked in Service Quality, Call Centre, Operations covering all retail product areas in country, worked in GBS to head the cash management operations responsible for all 3 locations – India, China and Malaysia. She is responsible for banking operations strategy for retail products and building a best-in-class experience for clients. She is passionate about building and deepening talent pool, setting the framework of operating model, governance standards and improving client experience. Her aspiration is to partner with businesses in commercialisation of capabilities and conceive centres of excellence that are not only fit for today's purpose but also equipped to meet the evolving needs of the future. She joined SCB as a Management Trainee in 1995. She is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant.
