Dr. Jyothi Menon is a seasoned HR leader with over 28 years of global experience in human resources. She is renowned for her expertise in HR service-delivery, leveraging digital technology, and building high-performing, skilled teams. Her career spans several prominent roles, including her recent position as Managing Director, Country Head of Human Resources, and Head of APAC HR Service Delivery at UBS, where she managed HR functions across India and led Asia-Pacific HR shared services.
She has also served as Director of Human Resources and India Diversity &Inclusion Lead at Credit Suisse and previously held the role of Executive Vice President at Standard Chartered Bank, where she was instrumental in establishing one of India’s first global people services delivery models. An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Jyothi’s commitment to advancing inclusive work environments is matched by her passion for energy transition. Recognizing her dedication, she was recently awarded an honorary doctorate in HR and climate change from the World Human Rights Protection Commission, endorsed by the Government of India.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Jyothi is a published author, poet, and an avid painter, reflecting her blend of analytical and creative prowess.
Currently, as Senior Vice President, People Operations and Advisory with bp, she leads the new operations and advisory teams globally with a focus on scaling and optimizing bp’s new People, culture and communication operating model. She recently earned the Independent Directors Databank Certification and serves as a Director on the Board of bp Solutions Private Limited
